WATER SHIELD 
Particular water nozzle that creates a water fan opening upwards creating a considerable water barrier, its width depending on the delivery capacity of the nozzle. It serves two important functions:
1) it permits the division of the areas on fire due to the water walls it creates;                                                  2) it circumscribes areas with a potential danger of gas leaks. In fact, the  HSC creates a water fan that goes upwards producing an upward current that favors the dispersion of gas or smoke into the atmosphere by attracting clean air.

SCHERMO AD ACQUA 
Particolare Ugello idrico: crea una ventaglio d’acqua dal basso all’alto che produce una barriera d’acqua più o meno ampia in funzione della portata dell’ugello stesso. Assolve a due importanti scopi:                  1)permette di settorizzare l’incendio grazie ai muri d’acqua che crea                                                         2) delimita aree ove sia presente il pericolo di perdite di gas; infatti l’HSC è utilizzata in modo che crei un ventaglio d’acqua dal basso verso l’alto tale da formare  una corrente ascensionale che favorisce, richiamando aria pulita, la diluizione /dispersione di gas e/o fumi in atmosfera.
